WHAT WE DO

The inspiration for our work always comes from conversations that explore a particular interest or share a new skill. Our creative ideas then develop into something more concrete as we find like-minded people to collaborate with. We like working with others; sharing our skills, learning from them and sharing our common interests. Over the years collaborations have brought us together with many different folk. With the West Lothian Angling Association we produced a pamphlet highlighting the many angling opportunities on our doorstep, working closely with Broxburn Woodcraft group to help us with the skills on ‘Sanctuary’, creating new creative connections with Broxburn United Sports Club, alive and kicking group and created a month long visual arts and activity programme including table tennis, fishing, birdwatching cooking and screen-printing. Our work takes us to all corners of West Lothian. Where we base ourselves depends on what we are exploring at the time. In the last years we have used Boghall Parish Church hall to prepare for our banners and pamphlets for the Newlands Gala Day; at Howden Park Centre in Livingston we developed ideas for portable bird hides and Almondell Country Park we explored fishing and visual art.
